Before using this product for the first time, please clean the bottle with detergent and dry it thoroughly. Gently wipe the blades and blender base with a damp cloth. Do not soak in water or other liquids.

To charge the blender, align the magnets on the charger with those on the blender base. The light on the halo charger flashes while charging and stops when fully charged. For optimal battery performance, fully charge the battery for four hours prior to its initial use.

This product is equipped with double safety protection – it will not work if the bottle is not aligned to the blender base properly, or if it is used in isolation. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Step 1: Prep your ingredients by washing and peeling them before cutting them into small pieces. You can also use frozen ingredients if you prefer.

Step 2: Turn bottle upside down. Place the diced ingredients into the bottle and half fill with your preferred liquids - water, milk, or any beverage of your choice. Just remember not to overfill with the liquid past the blender base to avoid spills or overflow.

Step 3: Make sure that the dots on the blender base and bottle line up before attaching them together. Activate blending mode by double-pressing the power button located at the bottom of the blender base. Once activated, the blender will run for 30 seconds. For optimal results, gently shake the bottle at a 45-degree angle while blending. For a smoother consistency, double press the power button again. To stop blending, simply press the power button.

Step 4: Once your ingredients are blended, unscrew the lid, and enjoy.

Step 5: For easy cleaning between uses, fill the bottle with soapy warm water and blend for 30 seconds.

Blender does not start: ensure that the dots on both the bottle and blender base are aligned and securely tightened. Additionally, make sure that the battery is fully charged before use.

Red light flashing quickly: if your battery is running low or completely depleted, simply place your device on the charger halo to recharge it.

Automatically shuts down during use: make sure that you do not exceed or overload the recommended capacity for both ingredients and liquids.

Blades not spinning: to avoid any difficulty while cutting through ingredients, it is important to ensure that they are properly prepped by being cut into smaller pieces.

Leaking from the lid: to guarantee a secure seal, it is crucial to ensure that the silicone seal in the lid is correctly positioned within the lid groove, to prevent leaks or spills during use.

Blender is overheating: it is recommended to allow the blender base to cool down for a period of 30 minutes when it has been used continuously over an extended period.
