What’s the best way to store my blender?

You can store your blender in the cupboard, like any other blender. Please avoid placing it in the refrigerator, as this could damage the internal motor.

How do I clean my blender after use?

The blender features a removable lid and base, making it easy to clean. While the base is waterproof, please avoid submerging it or soaking it in water or other liquids, as this can cause damage. To clean the bottle, simply use detergent and dry it throughly. Gently wipe the blades and blender base with a damp cloth.

How much does my Blend That blender weigh?

The blender is lightweight, weighing just 500 grams, making it easy to throw in your bag and take with you wherever you go.

How do I charge my blender?

The blender is rechargeable and includes a wireless charging halo stand and a USB-C charging cord, making it easy to power up at home or on the go, just like a mobile phone. To charge, align the magnets on the charger with those on the blender base. The light on the halo charger flashes while charging and stops when fully charged.

How long should I charge the battery for?

For optimal battery performance, fully charge the battery for four hours.

How long does the battery last?

Once fully charged, the Blend That blender can be used for about 15 blends. However, tougher mixtures, like frozen fruit or ice, may deplete the battery more quickly.

How long is the blending cycle?

Once activated, the blender will run for 30 seconds. For optimal results, gently shake the bottle at a 45-degree angle while blending. For a smoother consistency, double press the power button again. To stop blending, simply press the power button.

Can frozen fruit and ice be blended in my blender?

You can blend frozen fruit and ice, but we recommend soaking them for 20 seconds beforehand and always adding liquid. Using smaller pieces of fruit and ice is best to minimise wear on the blade.

Can I use hot liquids in my blender?

Avoid using hot liquids in the Blend That blender. Instead, try iced teas, iced chocolates, iced coffee, or iced chai. Be sure to let the tea and coffee cool down before adding them to the blender.

How do I fill the bottle?

Turn the bottle upside down and fill from the base. Place the diced ingredients into the bottle and fill halfway with your preferred liquids—water, milk, or any beverage of your choice. Just remember not to overfill with liquid past the blender base to avoid spills or overflow.

How do I turn my blender on?

Make sure that the dots on the blender base and bottle line up before attaching them together. Activate blending mode by double-pressing the power button located at the bottom of the blender base.

Can I use the blender without the motor base?

The blender is designed for portability and should be used with the motor base attached.

Are the blades attached to the motor base or to the bottle?

The blades are connected to the motor base. When you remove the vessel from the motor base, the blades become exposed. Please handle the motor base and exposed blades carefully during cleaning, and always store the motor base with the vessel attached.

Can I replace the battery?

No, the battery is not removable or replaceable. If you suspect there is an issue with your unit’s battery, please contact hello@blendthat.com.au
